Returns & Refund Policy
At The Next Chapter, we aim to provide a clear and fair returns process in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Right of withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law, customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@thenextchaptertnc.com before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Please do not send products back to the address shown on our website unless specifically instructed to do so.
Products excluded from return
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, used or unsealed where applicable.
This may include:
- Food supplements and nutrition products once opened or unsealed.
- Sleep masks and other personal-use products once used or unsealed where hygiene considerations apply.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling or failure to follow product instructions.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrectly supplied.
Return shipping costs
Where a return is made under the statutory right of withdrawal and the product is not defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. The Next Chapter cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thenextchaptertnc.com, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
We will assess the case and provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the applicable return procedure will apply after delivery.
